Leasing Land Options -
We understand the value of your asset and provide a carefree way to enhance your bottom line with a variety of lease options each providing you increased income without the work.  A brief overview of several options are listed below.  Contact us to learn more and discuss the best option for you.

 Cash Rent Lease -
A fixed number of dollars per acre annually usually negotiated in 3 year increments. All rent paid in full March 1st of each year.

Flex Lease -
Based off the Soil PI (productivity index) of the land times a factor for the spring RMA crop insurance price for corn.   This is used regardless of crop seeded to establish a price.

Custom Blend Lease -
The operator and landowner share input expenses.  The operator provides all machine and labor costs. Usually machine and labor costs mimic the land cost and all input expenses are split evenly. The crop production is then dived equally between both parties. Percentages can be customized to fit each unique situation.

Custom Operations -
The landowner pays all the up-front input costs and hires us to act as a land manager.  We will plant, fertilize, spray, and harvest the crop for a fixed amount per acre per operation or a total per acre cost for the season.
